WEAR WSCA UNIFORMS!
We've been asked to help out with Rocklin Academy's meet on Tuesday the 19th at 3:45 pm in Lonetree Park. Since we're mobile on our adventure tuesdays anyway and that's a perfectly reasonable park to run at, I propose we take a portion of the team who will be serving as 'rabbits and tortoises' over around 3:15 pm, and the remainder of the team at our normal time. The rabbits will be doing .9 mile repeats on a fast interval in front of the munchkins, and the rest of the team can also do a speed workout of some kind. The meet isn't supposed to take any longer than our normal time so we should be back at WSCA by 5:15 or so.
We've been asked to do this in uniform to represent WSCA since it's a Rocklin Academy function.
